Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with daily living activities (eating, bathing, dressing, hygiene)
Supporting clients with mobility and transportation
Helping with household tasks (cleaning, cooking, laundry)
Monitoring and documenting client's progress and health
Administering medications (if trained and permitted)
Encouraging independence and life skills development
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients in community activities and social interactions
Ensuring safety and well-being at all times
Communicating with families and healthcare providers as needed
