Weekly Gross Pay = $4840
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $121
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $2149 (Hotel-1505 Meals-644)
Total Weekly ($2149 is not taxed)= $6989
Feels like per hour = $174.73
$6989 div 40 hours = $174.73
Schedule Details:
- Monday - Thursday 0700-1700
Job Responsibilities:
- Examining patients, taking medical histories, addressing patients'concerns, and answering patients'questions.
- Diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and disorders.
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and explaining the results to patients.
- Counseling patients on diet, hygiene, preventative healthcare, and other lifestyle changes.
- Updating patients'charts and information to reflect current findings and treatments.
- Recommending and designing treatment plans.
- Prescribing medications or therapies.
- Explaining medical procedures to patients.
- Consulting with other physicians, referring patients to specialists when necessary, and working with other healthcare staff, such as nurses, assistants, and other physicians.
- Complying with medical laws (for example, HIPAA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Physician
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
- Must have up to date credentials in the state of CO
- This position will be treating patients with complex care issues so experience is a must.
- Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
