Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Promote patient safety and quality of care throughout the rehabilitation process.
Minimum Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
