Health Advocates Network is seeking a Substitute Teacher to work at a Facility in Baltimore, MD. This is a registry position with our company.
Pay Rate: $35 - $40 / hour
Shifts Details:
Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
Job Summary:
Staff Today a division of Health Advocates Network is seeking qualified and reliable Substitute Teachers to fill in for regular classroom teachers on an as-needed basis. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, following lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, and ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
Responsibilities:
Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher and ensure continuity of instruction
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
Provide instruction and support to students as needed
Communicate with school staff and administrators regarding any issues or concerns
Uphold school policies and procedures at all times
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
Teaching certification or substitute teaching permit
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels
Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
