Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Stock Clerk to work at a facility in New York, New York. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $17 / hour
Shift details:
M-F;7: 30 a.M. - 3: 30 p.M.
Job Duties: Duties of the line, include, but are not limited to the following:
Preparing, packing and shipping of the 2024 Field Tests and Pilot Tests.
Preparing, packing and shipping of the June 2024 Algebra I Regent Examination and non-secure materials being administered on June 4, 2024.
Preparing, packing, and shipping of the June 2024 Regents Examinations and non-secure materials.
Receiving and unpacking of lock boxes being returned from schools from the June 2024 administration of Regents Examinations.
Preparing, packing and shipping of the August 2024 Regents Examinations and non-secure materials.
In addition to the above:
Retrieving appropriate exam/material packets as needed during testing cycle.
Packing lock boxes with appropriate Regents Examinations and non-secure materials based on the shipping notice for each school.
Packing cardboard boxes of Field Tests and/or Pilot Tests.
Scan FedEx labels into the FedEx machine computer so that we can track packages and weight.
Updating computer system with new data, as if this is not done correctly, we cannot send out Field Tests and/or Pilot Tests as well as Regents Examinations.
Organize said materials and examinations stored in TDU and label them.
File all shipping notices.
Additional requirements:
Complex job that does require a unique set of skills, such as clerical, computer and labor.
Computer skills needed: Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be able to lift, carry and move heavy lock boxes/cardboard boxes of up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to meet tight timelines.
