Health Advocates Network is seeking a Social Worker to work at a Facility in Glendale Heights, IL. This is a registry position with our company.
Pay Rate: $65 / hour
Shifts Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7: 45am - 3: 45pm, 37.5 hours/week
Duties:
Assessing Needs: Evaluating clients'needs, strengths, and challenges.
Providing Support: Offering emotional support and guidance to individuals, families, or groups.
Connecting to Resources: Helping clients access resources like healthcare, housing, and financial assistance.
Advocating for Clients: Representing clients'interests in situations such as legal matters or with social services.
Case Management: Keeping track of client progress and coordinating care with other professionals.
Crisis Intervention: Assisting in emergencies or difficult situations to help clients stabilize.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Social Worker
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Must have up to date certification in the state of IL
Must have PEL endorsement for school social work
