Local Rate:
Pay Rate: $60.77 / hour
Traveler Hrly Rate $34.15
Regular $1,366.00
Gross Wages $1,366.00
Traveler Lodging $770.00
Travel M&I $476.00
Total Travel Stipend $1,246.00

Job Descriptions:
Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and mobility
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide exercises and therapy to improve strength and movement
- Help patients recover from injuries, surgery, or illness
- Reduce pain and improve physical function
- Teach patients exercises and home care techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Document patient care and therapy outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Physical Therapist
- A valid and current PT license issued by the state of IL.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Compassion and patience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
