Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registration Customer Service Rep to work at a Facility in Española, NM. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay rate: $13.00/hr for 40 hrs = $520.00
Travel Stipend is: $770.00
For a total of: $1290.00 per week
Blended rate of: $32.25
Shift Details:
Mon-Fri;7: 30am to 4: 00pm - 8 weeks
Duties:
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers'problems.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registration Customer Service Rep
