Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a facility in Wayne, NJ . These are registry positions with our company,
Pay Rate: $60 - $62 / hour

Shift Details:
- 4 RNs (2 for 7—3 and 2 for 3—11 shifts)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides general nursing care to patients.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
- Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
- Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.
- May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
- May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
- Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse
- A valid and current RN license issued by the state of NJ
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- They are to be Vent/Trach trained
- An updated resume
- New Jersey License/Certification
- Recent physical exam (within 2 weeks of start date)
- 2-step PPD done within 1 year. If known positive, a chest x-ray or blood test (IGRA/QuantiFERON TB Gold)
- Current Criminal background check
- Driver's License
- Social Security card
- CPR Certification –Nurses only
- COVID-19 Vaccination card or vaccination status –Please note: While not required, we must tract vaccination data for regulatory agencies
- Proof of Influenza Vaccine for current flu season (Oct 31st –March 31st)
- Name change document (if applicable)

- HCPR/CN-9 Form
