Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a facility in Rome, New York. These are registry positions with our company. $100 Sign-On Bonus
Pay Rate: $65 / hour
Shift details:
Weekdays 8am-4: 30pm
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide Injections for clinic clients and complete necessary documentation;make medication sheet for each client that gets injections
For client's on Clozaril: o Track required monthly lab work on spreadsheet o Submit lab work into the REMS system o If clients are overdue, reach out o Fax lab work to pharmacies if requested
Ensure EKGs are done as required
Complete Metabolics on clinic clients and complete necessary documentation;make any referrals and linkages that are needed
Complete Health screens on clinic clients and complete necessary documentation
Maintain spreadsheets for injections/health screens
Triage calls
Review RHIO hospital notes and brief relative staff
Answer calls from the Medline and process requests/handle issues with Scripts, side effects, etc.
Coordinate/advocate care with medical PCP's and specialties o Call doctor's offices and lab sites to get lab results, medical notes o Call hospitals to get reports on the clients that have gone to the ER or are in-patient

Minimum qualifications: Possession of a license and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
