Weekly Gross Pay = $1200
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $30
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $714 (Hotel-448 Meals-266) Total Weekly ($714 is not taxed)= $1914
Feels like per hour = $47.85
$1914 div 40 hours = $47.85
Shift Details:
- 1 RN 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, 11: 30 am to 08: 00 pm, 13-week contract with possibility for renewal.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Able to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
- A valid and current BLS card (American Heart Association)
- Registered nurse with experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and/or emergency nursing practice for each location.
- Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides general nursing care to patients.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
- Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
- Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.
- May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
- May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
- Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.
