Weekly Gross Pay = $1200
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $30
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $714 (Hotel-448 Meals-266) Total Weekly ($714 is not taxed)= $1914
Feels like per hour = $47.85
$1914 div 40 hours = $47.85
Shift Details:
1 RN 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, 11: 30 am to 08: 00 pm, 13-week contract with possibility for renewal.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse
Able to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
A valid and current BLS card (American Heart Association)
Registered nurse with experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and/or emergency nursing practice for each location.
Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
Job Responsibilities:
Provides general nursing care to patients.
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.
May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
