Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to work at a facility in Elmira, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $65 / hour

Shift Details:
- Full time night shift
- It would be 8 hour shifts EOW.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staff assignments
- Ensure patients receive proper care and treatment
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Provide guidance and support to nursing team
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Assist in training and onboarding of new nurses
- Address patient or family concerns and resolve issues
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate patient and staff records
- Report to nursing director or facility manager regularly
The requirements are:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor.
- A valid and current RN license issued in the state of NY
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
