Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $19
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1421 (Hotel-903 Meals-518)
Total Weekly ($1421 is not taxed)= $2105
Feels like per hour = $58.47
$2105 div 36 hours = $58.47
Shift Details:
Mental Health 0545 to 1815 hours, Every Other Weekend;Holidays, 36/48 schedule
Regional Medical Center 0545 to 1815 hours;Every Other Weekend and Holidays, 36/48 schedule
Outside Rounds 0730 to 2000 hours;Every other weekend and Holidays, 36/48 schedule
Regional Medical Center, 1745 to 0615 hours, Every Other Weekend and Holidays, 36/48 schedule
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse
Able to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
A valid and current BLS card (American Heart Association)
Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
Job Responsibilities:
Provides general nursing care to patients.
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.
May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
