Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - Maternal Child to work at a Facility in Tacoma, WA. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $54 / hour *W2
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse - Maternal Child in an acute care setting
Education: Associate's degree in nursing (ASN)
Work Experience: One Year of Experience in Nursing
License: Current unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 US States and/or territories.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA or ARC issued
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider-Advanced (NRP)
Fetal monitoring Certification
Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, and Emotional support (STABLE)
US Citizen
NACI background check
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to postpartum mothers and neonates. Experience caring for postoperative patients.
Obtains patient history, and pertinent family history, and advanced medical directive information. Observes, assesses, and records symptoms, reactions, and progress assist physicians during treatments and examinations; administers medication and prescribed treatments, completes admissions and discharges, and promote convalescence and rehabilitation.
Manages care of patients for a wide range of procedures of an advanced nature and difficulty where there is a high risk for infection and bodily functions arc mechanically assisted by life support equipment.
Knowledge of the transitional care of neonates is required.
HCW's will be required to float within similar specialties
