Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a RN-Critical Care - Per diem to work at a Facility in Los Angeles, CA. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $60 / hour
*W2
Shift Details:
- 12 hrs
- Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed
- Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays
Nursing Specialty Recent Experience:
- Level 1 Trauma Critical Care (Required)
Duties:
- Monitor critically ill patients and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes
- Administer medications and IV drips accurately and on schedule
- Perform frequent, detailed assessments and document findings clearly
- Work closely with doctors and the care team to plan and adjust treatment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during stressful times
- Follow strict infection control and patient safety procedures
- Handle emergency situations like cardiac arrest with calm and skill
- Educate patients and families about care, procedures, and recovery
- Keep accurate records in electronic medical systems
The requirements are:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A valid and current RN license issued by the State of CA
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
