Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a RN-Emergency Room (ER) to work at a Facility in Torrance, CA. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $66 / hour
*W2

Shift Details:

• 12 hrs
• Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed
• Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays

Nursing Specialty:

• Level 1 Trauma ER (Required)

Assignment Details:

In need of highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) with a
minimum of recent three (3) years of Level 1 Trauma ER experience as an Emergency Room RN. RNs will be providing immediate,
life-saving care to critically injured patients with complex trauma, often managing multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously, requiring
advanced clinical skills, quick decision making, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. RNs
will float within the assigned Facility;and/or from a Client Facility to another Client Facility as needed;and/or be scheduled to a
Workweek assignment between Facilities as needed.

The requirements are:

• Only qualified RN Level 1 Trauma ER experience profiles will be reviewed for potential assignment selection. Please ensure
  that your RN is fully committed to work a per diem assignment.
• Required certifications include active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIHSS Certification, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card
  (must be LA City), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations.
• A valid and current RN license issued by the State of CA
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
• MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior)
• Fire Card
• The LA County contract specifies that candidates must have recent experience, within the last 3 years, within the area they are staffing.
