Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a RN-Emergency Room (ER) to work at a Facility in Sylmar, CA. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $68 / hour

Shift Details:
- 12 hrs
- Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed
- Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays
Nursing Specialty:
Duties:
- Triage patients quickly and accurately to prioritize care based on severity of condition
- Deliver immediate and effective care to patients with acute injuries and medical emergencies
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions as prescribed
- Assist physicians with emergency procedures such as wound care, intubation, and splinting
- Operate and troubleshoot critical medical equipment (e.G., EKG monitors, defibrillators)
- Maintain clear communication with healthcare team, patients, and families during high-stress situations
- Document assessments, treatments, and changes in patient condition in electronic medical records
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards
- Remain composed and efficient in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
The requirements are:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A valid and current RN license issued by the State of CA
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
