Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a RN - Critical Care to work at a facility in Sylmar, California. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $68 / hour
*W2
Shifts Available:
Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays
12 hours
Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed

Qualifications:
Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are fully committed to working an ICU per diem assignment.
Required certifications include active Registered Nurse license, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS Certification, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life
Safety card (must be LA City), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations.
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Must have up to date certification in the state of CA
MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior)
Fire Card
Assignment Information:
In need of Registered Nurses (RN) with a
minimum of recent three (3) years of ICU experience as a Critical Care RN providing care to patients from the initial assessment to
end-of-life care. RNs are responsible for intense interventions, lifesaving treatments and complex care for patients with life-threatening
illness or conditions. RNs may be floating to Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down Unit (SDU) and/or any lower level of care as needed
to care for patients who are acutely ill with a variety of medical conditions such as recovering from surgery, and have a variety of other
medical needs, thereby enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations. RNs will float within the assigned Facility;and/or
from a DHS Facility to another DHS Facility as needed;and/or be scheduled to a Workweek assignment between Facilities as needed.
