Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a RN - Ambulatory Surgery Care to work at a facility in Albany, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $62 / hour

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a RN - Ambulatory Surgery
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
- Must have up to date certification in the state of NY
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for same-day surgical procedures
- Perform pre-operative assessments and check vital signs
- Start IV lines and administer pre-op medications
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia team during procedures
- Monitor patients in the recovery area (PACU)
- Manage pain control and watch for post-op complications
- Educate patients and families about discharge instructions
- Ensure proper documentation of care provided
- Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment
- Coordinate with the surgical team and other departments
