Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Psych Tech 1 to work at a facility in Bethlehem , PA . These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $23 / hour
*W2

Job Details:

  • Class: PT1 - ABH - PA Shift: 3 Start: 23: 00: 00 End: 07: 00: 00

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Psych Tech 1
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
  • Must have up to date credentials in the state of PA

Responsibilities:

  • Observe and report changes in patients'behavior or mood
  • Help patients with daily living tasks (e.G., bathing, dressing, eating)
  • Monitor patients to ensure safety and prevent harm
  • Assist in group activities or therapy sessions
  • Take vital signs and record basic health information
  • Follow safety rules and respond to emergencies
  • Keep patient areas clean and organized
