Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Program Specialist to work at a Facility in Philadelphia, PA. These are registry positions with our company.
At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Program Specialist
Must have up to date certification in the state of PA
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate nursing programs, projects, and training sessions
Support onboarding and continuing education for nursing staff
Track certifications, licensure, and compliance requirements
Assist in developing and updating nursing policies and procedures
Monitor program performance and prepare reports
Help organize schedules, meetings, and communications
Collaborate with leadership to improve nursing workflows
