Pay Rate: $75 / hour
*1099 Independent Contractor
Shift Details:
Green Bay Correct Inst (GBCI)Class: PhysTher Shift: 1 Start: 07: 00: 00 End: 15: 30: 00
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients'progress
Record and document patient care services
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year previous working experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
Must have up to date credentials in the state of WI
