Job Description


Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work in Franklin Park, IL . These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $59 / hour
*W2

Shift Details:

  • Day 2x10-Hour (08: 00 - 15: 00)


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year previous working experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
  • IL PT license


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
  • Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
  • Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients'progress
  • Record and document patient care services
  • Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
