Job Description
Staff Today is currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to work at a facility in Albuquerque, NM . These are registry positions with our company Staff Today.
Pay Rate: $27 / hour
Shift Details:
- Shift: 1 Start: 06: 00: 00 End: 22: 30: 00
Assignment Dates:
Responsibilities:
- Compound and dispense prescribed medication
- Advise physicians and health practitioners on the interactions and side effects of medication
- Provide patients with pertinent drug information
- Proactively review prescriptions for proper dosage
- Supervise and maintain records of all medications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- BLS/CPR
- Must have up to date certification in NM
