Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a PA Family - Long Term Care to work at a Facility in San Antonio, TX. These are registry positions with our company.
Shift: Various schedule
Rate: $62.00 / hour
The requirements are:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a PA Facility Practice
- A valid and current license issued within the US
- A valid and current CPR card
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Perform physical exams, take medical histories, and assess patients.
- Diagnosing and Treating: Help diagnose medical conditions and provide treatments under a physician's supervision.
- Order Tests: Request lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe Medications: Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
- Patient Education: Explain treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle changes to patients.
- Assisting in Procedures: Help with medical procedures and surgeries as needed.
