Health Advocates Network is seeking a Occupational Therapist to work at a Facility in Fremont, CA. This is a registry position with our company.
Pay Rate: $61 / hour

Shift Details:
Monday through Friday 9am-4pm (30 hours)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting in California. The School-Based OT will work with students who have physical, sensory, or developmental challenges, helping them develop the skills they need to participate fully in their academic and social activities. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, relevant licensure in California, and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students'fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students based on assessment results
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups to improve motor coordination, sensory integration, and self-regulation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students'academic and functional needs
- Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and communicate with stakeholders about students'goals and achievements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid California license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with school-aged children with a variety of physical, sensory, and developmental challenges
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for occupational therapy in a school setting
