Shift Details:

  • Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)
Social Worker  Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide social, emotional, and behavioral support to students.

  • Assess student needs and develop appropriate support and intervention plans.

  • Provide individual and group counseling or social work services.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, counselors, and school administrators.

  • Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support as needed.

  • Connect students and families with community and social service resources.

  • Assist with crisis intervention and student support during challenging situations.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation.

  • Advocate for students and promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current, valid, and unrestricted CO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a Social Worker

  • Someone with SPED experience is preferred.

  • Additional certifications may be required

  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
