Local Pay: $32.00/hour

Shift Details:

  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Accountant II Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform general accounting duties, including preparing and maintaining financial records and transactions.

  • Prepare, review, and reconcile account balances, journal entries, and financial reports.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Review invoices, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities as assigned.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.

  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation and records.

  • Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and requests for supporting documentation.

  • Prepare routine and ad hoc financial reports for management.

  • Ensure accounting activities are completed in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to obtain and verify financial information.

  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as an Accountant II

  • Additional certifications may be required.

  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g. N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
