Initiate appropriate emergency interventions, including resuscitation, when needed.
Administer prescribed medications, IV therapy, respiratory treatments, and mechanical ventilation.
Provide and document patient and family education based on individual needs.
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient status, nursing interventions, and responses to treatment.
Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans.
Supervise and delegate patient care activities to LPNs and unlicensed staff.
Provide guidance and direction to nursing and support staff.
Maintain adequate supplies, equipment, and a safe patient care environment.
Maintain current nursing knowledge, competency, and professional standards.
Demonstrate leadership and promote ethical, legal, and professional nursing practices.
Maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, staff, administration, and medical personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted OK license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
Must have an Oklahoma or Compact RN License
Certs: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Attire: Navy Blue Scrubs
Ability to work with Peds patients.
Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check and Drug Screen)
Ability to meet physical demands (stand; walk; sit; climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50lbs
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
