Registered Nurse (RN) – Tahlequah,OK

Local Pay: $53.12/hour

Travel Pay: $23.28/hour

(W2)





Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $23.28, Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00, 

Total Comp:$2,084.08




Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

  • Nights, 12hrs shift, 36 hrs/week



Nursing Specialty:  Medical Surgical RN
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate appropriate emergency interventions, including resuscitation, when needed.

  • Administer prescribed medications, IV therapy, respiratory treatments, and mechanical ventilation.

  • Provide and document patient and family education based on individual needs.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient status, nursing interventions, and responses to treatment.

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans.

  • Supervise and delegate patient care activities to LPNs and unlicensed staff.

  • Provide guidance and direction to nursing and support staff.

  • Maintain adequate supplies, equipment, and a safe patient care environment.

  • Maintain current nursing knowledge, competency, and professional standards.

  • Demonstrate leadership and promote ethical, legal, and professional nursing practices.

  • Maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, staff, administration, and medical personnel.




Minimum Qualifications 

  • Current, valid, and unrestricted OK license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience

  • Must have an Oklahoma or Compact RN License

  • Certs: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

  • Attire: Navy Blue Scrubs

  • Ability to work with Peds patients.

  • Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check and Drug Screen)

  • Ability to meet physical demands (stand; walk; sit; climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50lbs

  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
