Registered Nurse (RN) – Hermiston,OR

Local Pay: $64.39/hour




Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $34.55,Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00

Total Comp:$2,489.80

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

  •  Noc Shift, 3/12's, 20 weeks.

Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform diverse duties efficiently while maintaining composure and professionalism.

  • Plan, direct, and control assigned activities; make decisions based on measurable criteria.

  • Work independently while maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards.

  • Provide compassionate, empathetic, and age-, culture-, and condition-appropriate patient care.

  • Communicate effectively and therapeutically with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.

  • Promote teamwork, cooperation, and positive patient/guest relations.

  • Float to qualified departments as needed.

  • Follow hospital mission, values, policies, procedures, and required DNV education.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the State of Oregon

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN, MSN

  • Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN)

  • Certifications:BLS, ACLS and PALS

  • Minimum of one (1) year related work experience.

  • Evidence of continuing education is appropriate for skill level and area of practice

  • Previous Medical-Surgical nursing. CRASE training. If travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period, CRASE training will be required.

  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
