Shift Details:
12-hours shift
Days and nights, including weekends and holidays
Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed
Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Rehabilitation RN
Registered Nurse Med - Surg Duties & Responsibilities:
RNs will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients recovering from major surgeries, strokes, complex medical conditions, severe injuries, and disabilities.
The RNs will assist in restoring patient independence through rigorous daily multidisciplinary therapies, including at least three (3) hours of intensive therapy per day, discharge-readiness preparation, and education for patients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of one (1) year of recent acute care medical-surgical rehabilitation experience.
AHA, BLS Certificate
MAB or CPI
LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)
Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
