Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Mail Clerk to work at a facility in Albany, New York. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $17 / hour

Shift Details:
  • 8AM –4PM with ½hour lunch(Not paid lunch)
  • 7.5 hours paid/day

Duties include but are not exclusively:
  • Accepting and checking in mail and shipments of supplies and equipment
  • Delivery of mail, supplies and equipment within the building
  • Pick up of mail, supplies and equipment from within the building
  • Filing paperwork by date, PO #'s, etc.
  • Manual labor is a significant aspect of the position and the use of manual material moving equipment such as hand carts will he required.
  • While infrequent, larger items will be moved by the person in this position using appliance carts and equipment lifts.
  • Help and the proper equipment will be supplied. Training will be provided as necessary.
Off street parking is not available. (Paid visitor parking is available)
