Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a Facility in Newport, Kentucky. These are registry positions with our company.
36hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $432
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $12
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $861 (Hotel-567 Meals-294) Total Weekly ($861 is not taxed)= $1293
Feels like per hour = $35.92
$1293 div 36 hours = $35.92
Shift Details:
3 12 hr shifts (fri-Sun)
Job Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Administer prescribed medications to patients
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one year (12 months) previous working experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Must have up to date credentials in the state of Kentucky
Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
A valid and current BLS card (American Heart Association)
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
