Staff Today is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a facility in Honolulu, Hawaii . This is a registry position with our company.
40hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $600
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $15
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $679 (Hotel-350 Meals-329)
Total Weekly ($679 is not taxed)= $1279
Feels like per hour = $31.975
$1279 div 40 hours = $31.975
Shifts Available:
Evening shift: LPN’s preferred at least 4 days/week with every other weekend availability
Job Responsibilities:
We need someone to coordinate scheduling medical appointments for out of facility consultants. They will be working closely with security and medical staff.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Administer prescribed medications to patients
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
A valid and current LPN license issued by the state of HI.
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. LPN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
First time Licensed Practical Nurse must have 6 months of recent (within the last 3 years) nursing experience gained within a hospital or similar acute care setting
Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
