Job Description


Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a Facility in Salisbury, North Carolina . These are registry positions with our company.

40hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $600
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $15
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1113 (Hotel-693 Meals-420)

Total Weekly ($1113 is not taxed)= $1713
Feels like per hour = $42.825
$1713 div 40 hours = $42.825

Shifts Available:

  • 1000 to 1830
  • Evenings


Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Must be able to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • A valid and current BLS provider card (American Heart Association)
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away


Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Provide companionship and basic care to patients
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients
