Job Description/Duties: Legal assistant to support AAG's in Trusts and Estates Section of Charities Bureau by opening mail;using NYMatters and Filenet to open new matters;create file folders for new matters;organize hard files in filing cabinets;scan Court Notices, Wills, Trusts, Pleadings and Accountings into NYMatters and WPDAT;Complete file review tasks, as requested by AAG's;correspond by email and telephone with staff of estate counsel's office, as requested by AAG's;Review, print, scan, email and mail legal papers, as requested by AAG's;close files in NYMatters;and other duties as requested by AAG's.
