Health Advocates Network is seeking a Travel Respiratory Therapist to work at a Facility in Charleston, WV . These are registry positions with our company.


Pay/Travel Package: Total Travel Comp = $1,246.00 (Lodging - $770.00, M&I - $476.00) $24.40 p/h X 40Hrs = $976.00 Total Comps = $2,222.00
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary problems
  • Administer oxygen therapy and breathing treatments
  • Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment
  • Perform breathing tests (pulmonary function tests)
  • Suction airways and manage artificial airways
  • Respond to emergency situations (code blue, CPR support)
  • Educate patients on inhalers and breathing exercises
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as ordered
  • Document care and update medical records
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

  • Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Current West Virginia State license for Respiratory Therapy.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation  (CPR) Certification.
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification.
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
