Health Advocates Network is seeking a Travel Respiratory Therapist to work at a Facility in Charleston, WV . These are registry positions with our company.
Pay/Travel Package:
Total Travel Comp = $1,246.00 (Lodging - $770.00, M&I - $476.00)
$24.40 p/h X 40Hrs = $976.00
Total Comps = $2,222.00
Job Responsibilities:
Assess patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary problems
Administer oxygen therapy and breathing treatments
Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment
Perform breathing tests (pulmonary function tests)
Suction airways and manage artificial airways
Respond to emergency situations (code blue, CPR support)
Educate patients on inhalers and breathing exercises
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as ordered
Document care and update medical records
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
Current West Virginia State license for Respiratory Therapy.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification.
Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification.
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
