Health Advocates Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at a Veteran's Home King, Wisconsin . These are registry positions with our company.
40hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $600
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $15
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $854 (Hotel-588 Meals-266) Total Weekly ($854 is not taxed)= $1454
Feels like per hour = $36.35
$1454 div 40 hours = $36.35
Shift Details:
AMs-1 (06: 15-14: 45)
PMs-2 (14: 30-23: 00)
Job Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Administer prescribed medications to patients
Job Requirements:
At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
A valid and current LPN license issued by the State of Wisconsin.
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. LPN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
