Staff Today, a HAN Division, is currently seeking a In Office Recruiter to work at a facility in Albuquerque, NM. These are registry positions with our company Staff Today.This is NOT A REMOTE ROLE
Pay: Depends on experience

Position Overview
Responsible for cultivating relationships with healthcare providers interested in career opportunities by providing them with the best possible experience through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and extraordinary customer service. Responsible for providing candidates to increase profitability and abide by budgetary requirements.
Essential Duties and Requirements
- Proactively identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates that meet hiring criteria
- Review candidate resumes
- Create compelling candidate profile submissions in accordance with company guidelines and candidate qualifications
- Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
- Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a career with the company
- Quote approved pay packages to prospective candidates
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, quality contacts and referrals
- Continuously generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals to attract and identify active and passive qualified candidates, including through: high volume of cold calling; high volume social media activity (on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.); high volume texting and emailing; and utilization of various job boards, sourcing tools and techniques
- Build and maintain unique relationships with providers, in particular, a strong referral base
- Build and maintain relationships with trade associations, universities, and other organizations to find and attract talent
- Prepare candidate profiles qualified for submission to clients directly or through a VMS platform
- Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and compensation requirements
- Organize and document post-interview debriefing and feedback with recruiting team and account managers
- Promptly lock candidates following receipt of client offers
- Confer with internal account managers to identify open talent needs and create and make profile submissions of qualified candidates to such needs
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly metrics
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
- Other related duties as assigned
- Assure hires have completed all compliance requirements
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Work after hours if needed

- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and shift gears as business needs and opportunities develop
- Knowledgeable in job boards and social media platforms
- Knowledgeable in creating local and travel pay packages
- Ability to work collaboratively and function independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and be available as needed outside of typical office hours
- Possess a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment
- Capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements
- Organized with attention to detail, strong communication skills, high integrity, and dependability
- Highly motivated to achieve results and meet goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate, required
- Bachelor' s degree, preferred
- Previous experience effectively recruiting with social media platforms, required
- Demonstrated experience working with standard processes, required
- Previous healthcare staffing recruitment experience, required
- Proven success in recruiting, sales or other metrics driven environment, required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word and use of ATS platforms
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Occasionally move about inside an office environment
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
Frequently communicate with internal and external clients in-person, and via telephone, email and video conferencing. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
