Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a ICU Respiratory Therapist to work at a facility in Las Cruces, NM. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $53 / hour
*W2
Job Details:
12 hours - nights - must be open to there schedule
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Responsible to perform all therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care procedures ordered by the responsible physician;evaluates patients;
Maintains all required patient and department records;
Maintains and evaluates proper functioning of equipment when required;
Responsible for obtaining written physician orders pertaining to respiratory care;
Responsible for organizing and planning daily work assignments and notifying shift charge therapist of problems and missed procedures;
Maintains professional knowledge of current respiratory care practice and department policy and procedures;
Requirements:
4 years' experience in ICU, must be current experience.
Knowledgeable in ventilators (vents) winging (winging the patient form a ventilator).
Must have Trach experience (Tracheostomy) treatments.
