Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a RN - Med Surg to work at a facility in Torrance, California. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $58 / hour
*W2
Shifts Available:
- Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays
- 12 hours
- Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed
Nursing Specialty:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a RN - Med Surg
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
- Must have up to date certification in the state of CA
- MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior)
- Fire Card
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families about care and recovery.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other nurses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment.
