Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an Echo Cardiographer to work at a Correctional Facility in Saint Louis, MO. These are registry positions with our company.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least one year (12 months) of experience as an Echo Cardiographer
A valid and current RN license issued by the state of MO
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English
Job Responsibilities:
Perform echocardiograms (ultrasound of the heart)
Prepare and position patients for the procedure
Explain the procedure to patients in simple terms
Operate echo ultrasound equipment
Capture clear heart images and measurements
Monitor patient condition during the exam
Assist physicians by providing accurate echo results
Maintain and clean ultrasound equipment
Follow hospital safety and infection control policies
