Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Dietitian to work at a Facility in Fulton, MO . These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $33 / hour

Job Details:
We are in need of one PT and one FT Dietitian.
Interviews will be conducted via phone or in person
Anticipated time frame: 6 months to one year with possibility of extension
Orientation as follows: Four days of NEO (New Employee Orientation)
Full-Time position will be 40 hours per week –flexible hours
Part-Time position will be 20 hours per week –flexible hours
Responsibilities (may include but is not limited to):
Providing timely documentation of nutritional care in accordance with policy through nutritional assessment/progress notes.
Conducts diet counseling to all patients.
Assess the dietary and health needs of patients.
Counsel patients on food and nutrition.
Develop meal plans for clients and gauge the effects of these meal plans.
Attends and participates in team meetings, unit/dietary meetings and nutrition meetings.
Observes patients at mealtimes.
Provide assistance in the management of food production.
Attends professional meetings/seminars as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The following credentials needed: Registered and licensed in the state of Missouri
