Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Data Entry and Word Processing to work at a Facility in New York, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Shift:
M-F 37.5 hours per week
1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
The candidate must have a minimum of:
a. Eligible to work in New York State
b. High School Diploma or Equivalency
c. Candidate must have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work.
d. One year of Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, mail merge, formulas to compare spreadsheets)
2. Job Description and Required Services:
Screening Mortgage Loan Originator license applications, including but not limited to reviewing documents to determine if all necessary documentation were submitted in accordance with New York Laws, Regulations, guidelines and application instructions. Determine if fingerprint card related information is consistent across all fingerprint documents required for the application and matches applicant's demographic information in electronic database. Review application related documents for original signature, and follow Department guidelines for validating identity, citizenship and work authorization status. Prepare written communication to application relating to missing or deficient document, including legibility, original signature and/or consistency of information provided. Scan and upload documents to the Department's internal database and shared network drives.

d. Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
e. Proficiency with Microsoft 365
