Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Mental Health Professional
Must be either: LCPC, LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LAC, LSW- BLS Certification
- CPR Certification
- TB TEST
- MUST be licensed as LCPC, LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LAC, LSW
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment or care plans
- Support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide support in emergencies
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Educate clients and families on coping strategies and mental health
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, and social workers
- Refer clients to additional services or resources when needed
