Job Description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to work at a facility in Willmar, Minnesota. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $29 / hour

Shift Details:
- Full time day/evening rotation
Description:
- Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team utilize person-centered thinking, positive behavior supports, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care to prevent and respond to patient situations. Comply with all safety and health standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedures and protocols in order to ensure that all applicable environmental standards are met so that a safe, clean humane environment is provided for all patients and staff. Provide personcentered, trauma informed, culturally sensitive, personal care services so that the physical and emotional needs of each patient are met. Provide assistance with personal care to the degree needed by the individual patient. Assist patients with activities, exercise and leisure time. Provide general patient supervision and provide emergency intervention (e.G., first aid, CPR, emergency manual restraint) as necessary to protect the health and safety of the patients. Provide prompt and on-going information to the charge nurse and team for the development of the individual patient's pan of care. Document patient care, response t treatment and interventions per applicable policy or program plan. Extensions may be available.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years mental health and or substance use disorder experience. Active Minnesota Nursing Assistant Certification
