Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to work at a facility in Staten Island, New York. These are registry positions with our company. *$100 Sign-On Bonus*

REQUIREMENTS
Contractor shall provide copies of all licenses, permits and insurances, (Workers Compensation and Liability) which should be submitted upon award of the contract and should be kept current throughout the life of the contract with SIDDSO. Vendor must comply with Prevailing Wages listing for HHA's.
Contractor shall provide sitter service as requested by SIDDSO within four (4) hours of request. Vendor has one (l) hour to respond regarding availability of sitter or SIDDSO will go on to the next lowest vendor and so on.
Sitter provide intimate health care to our individuals;such as it is imperative that the sitters are in good health. To ensure this, sitters should have a basic health screening annually which includes PPD testing and appropriate vaccinations.
Sitter should have at least two (2) years experience.
Sitters are required to be fingerprinted, drug and alcohol tested and proof submitted upon request.
Sitters are required to be instructed in part 624 of the NYS Mental Hygiene Law. SIDDSO will have "Training the Trainers"course in the part 624 and sitters must have records showing the completion of this training before services can be provided.
While providing care for SIDDSO individuals sitters are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of SIDDSO, OPWDD and the NYS Mental Hygiene Laws.
Sitters are expected to report abuse immediately.
Sitters are subjected to monitoring visits from SIDDSO staff.
Both the Contractor and SIDDSO have the right to cancel this agreement with written notification within thirty (30) days.
