Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to work at a facility in Fairmont, West Virginia. These are registry positions with our company.

36hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $432
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $12
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $504 (Hotel-350 Meals-154)
Total Weekly ($504 is not taxed)= $936
Feels like per hour = $26
$936 div 36 hours = $26

Shift Details:

  • 7a-7pm.
  • 7p-7am
  • open availability to work as needed including weekends and Holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
  • Must have up to date credentials in the state of WV
  • Must have 2 years of experience in Long Term Care;WV Cares;CPR;Drug/Alcohol Screen;PPD, Physical;Drivers License;and must be willing to interview in person if local.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
  • Assist in the transport of patients
  • Provide companionship and basic care to patients
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
