Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to work at a Facility in Beatrice, Nebraska. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $19 / hour

Shift Details:
  • 1st Shift: (743) Sun-Tues & Fri-Sat 0630-1500 40hr
  • 2nd Shift: (3060) Sun-Tues & Fri-Sat 1430-2300 40hrs
  • 2nd Shift: (753) Thur-Mon 1430-2300 40hrs
  • 2nd Shift: (753) Sat-Wed 1430-2300 40hrs
  • 2nd Shift: (743) Tues- Sat 1430-2300 40hrs
  • 2nd Shift: (3060) Fri, Sat, Sun 1430-0300 36hrs
  • 2nd Shift: (3056) Sun, Wed, Fri 1430-0300 36hrs
  • 2nd Shift:(3054) Mon, Tues, Thurs 1430-0300 36hrs
  • 2nd Shift: (3052) Sun, Mon, Fri 1430-0300 36hrs
  • 2nd Shift: (743) Tues, Wed, Thurs 1430-0300 36hrs
  • 2nd/3rd Shift: (3060) Sun, Mon, Tues 1830-0700 36 hrs
  • 2nd/3rd Shift: (3056) Sun, Mon, Tues 1830-0700 36 hrs
  • 3rd/1st Shift: (3060) Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat 2245-0915 40 hrs/10's
  • 3rd/1st (743) Sun-Wed 2245-0915 40 hrs/10's
  • 3rd/1st (723) Wed, Thurs, Fri 2245-1115 36 hrs
Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
  • Record patient information such as vital signs, weight and changes in medical history
  • Update and maintain all client records
  • Assist nurse in maintaining medical inventory
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant
  • Must have up to date credentials in the state of Nebraska
  • Will accept CNA and/or CNA/MA Developmental Technician (medication aide not required)
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
