Job Description
Staff Today, a HAN Division, is currently seeking a CT Tech to work at a facility in Colton, California. These are registry positions with our company Staff Today.
Pay Rate: $52 / hour
Shift Details:
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform computed tomography (CT) procedures
- Position patients and answer any questions they have regarding the procedure
- Ensure the proper dose of radionuclides are administered, starting IV lines if needed
- Monitor patient discomfort throughout the procedure
- Review images for quality
- Accurately document the procedure and update patient records
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a CT Tech
- Must have up to date credentials in the state of California
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
Required Certs:
- Venipuncture Certificate
- CT license
- Rad Tech License/ Fluoro
- CRT license
- BLS
